With in house cleaning, maintenance, and design teams, we take away the day-to-day hassles of managing your short term rental. Through his experience purchasing & operating the internally owned assets, Scott has gained the industry knowledge to cautiously guide buyers and sellers through the ever-changing landscape of transacting short-term rental/lodging properties. Scott's client list includes private individuals, businesses, hotel owners, and scaled short term rental investors.
We also offer fee-based consulting services to assist clients and owners of short term rentals. Our consulting services are far reaching and include interior design, construction/development, onboarding of new listings onto platforms, marketing launches, listing optimization, and revenue management.
