Felicity Street Hospitality is a family-run business headed by Scott & Alice Weston. Our business began out of a desire create attractive weekend-get away options in the underserved New Orleans region. Our portfolio has consistently performed at the top of every market and delivered significant returns to our owned assets. We now offer our management/consulting services to a select client base, as well.
Scott Weston
Founder + CEO
Scott drives new acquisitions and has a hands on approach to the day-to-day operation. His diverse real estate career began as a commercial appraiser. He holds the MAI designation and is admitted as an expert witness in federal court. He transitioned to the brokerage side of the business and actively represents private clients (with a focus on hospitality oriented assets) in transactions across the Gulf South. Scott’s client list includes some of the most prolific short term rental operators, hotel owners, as well as some of the largest companies in Louisiana. Scott has transacted some of the most iconic small-scale hospitality assets in the New Orleans market.
Alice Weston
Founder + CTO
Alice drives the interior design of our internally owned and managed properties. She also is responsible for our various tech platforms that fuel the back-end of the operation. She is a proven leader with over 15 years working at the intersection of sales and tech for some of the biggest names in travel. Her keen eye for style and overall business acumen are the absolute backbone of Felicity Street Hospitality.
Patrick Brower
Director of Operations
Patrick comes to Felicity Street Hospitality with a long history of entrepreneurship – having founded and exited several businesses included DirtyCoast and a successful vacation rental company. Patrick is a jack of all trades and brings a hands on approach to our day-to-day operation. Â
