In addition to the unit itself, guests may also enjoy breakfast and coffee in the lobby of the building at Fourth Wall Coffee! Located on the third floor, the unit boasts totally restored hardwood floors, brand new modern kitchen and bathrooms, and high quality furniture and linens. The bedroom is located “upstairs” and requires our guests to be able to ascent a thoughtfully restored staircase.
Guests enjoy access to the unit itself, the ground floor coffee shop, and rear patio (during business hours). A great place to work remotely!
We live about a mile away and work even closer. We’re always available to answer questions and give advice but likely won’t see us in person unless you need help with something!
In the heart of the Central Business District – this location can’t be beat. Surrounding by a variety of bars, restaurants, and attractions, the loft is two blocks to the French Quarter, two blocks to Harrahs, amongst countless other attractions!
Just about everything is walkable. For those wishing to explore the Garden District, Uptown, Audubon Park, or go to Tulane/Loyola Universities, an Uber or Taxi is never more than a few minutes away. The Street Car can be accessed on Canal Street to take you to Mid-City or accessed on St. Charles to bring you Uptown!
The bedroom does require guests to ascent a thoughtfully restored stairwell.
